  • Absolutely! Spark trainings are designed to be customized a-la-carte style so you get exactly the information and skills your team needs. Spark’s team is also always available for individualized free consultations to help you find which trainings are the best fit!

  • Each Spark training topic is 2 hours long. For businesses looking for longer sessions, two or more trainings can be stacked a-la-carte style to create a customized series of topics.

  • We are committed to removing program size and funding as a barrier to accessing behavior management training.

    To do this, we custom-build training options to fit your budget, no matter the size.

  • Our aim is to keep trainings simple and stress-free for you! All you need is a space large enough to hold the group you’d like trained (often your typical team meeting space is perfect!). We supply all other materials and keep trainings low-tech so we can focus on personalizing the experience for you and your staff.

  • There is no minimum number of trainees required to host a training session. We recommend having a group of 5 or more to encourage participation, however, we are always willing work with smaller groups.

  • We aim to keep our training hours as flexible as possible to accommodate the needs of your business and staff. We’re open to training essentially anytime, with availability from 6am-8pm every day, including weekends.

  • Consultations are always free! We highly value the opportunity to get to know you and your business, and to help you find the training(s) that most directly support your team’s unique needs.

  • Spark is located in Southern and Central Maine.

    In Southern Maine Spark is currently offering trainings in York, Cumberland, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc counties as well as southern Oxford county (south of Rt 2).

    In Central Maine Spark is currently offering trainings in Kennebec and Waldo counties, as well as southern Somerset and Penobscot counties.
