We firmly believe our trainers deserve an enjoyable, flexible, and rewarding experience that let’s them put their families and personal lives first. Trainers with Spark only train when and where they want to, have no minimum hours required, and are paid a minimum of $50 per training hour!

Description: Support Trainers work as independent contractors, co-training Spark training materials alongside more experienced Lead Trainers. Direct experience in behavioral management is a bonus, however, we believe being personable, engaging, professional, and showing a genuine desire to help local organizations and businesses to be just as valuable of a training tool. Reliable transportation to and from training sites in your geographic location is required. Training hours vary depending on your personal availability compared to the availability of trainings held in your area.

Current Searching for : Senior Trainers

Description: Senior Trainers work as independent contractors, independently training Spark training materials for trainee groups of 25 people or fewer. Three or more years of direct experience in behavioral management is strongly preferred, and trainers should be personable, engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and show a genuine desire to help local organizations and businesses. Reliable transportation to and from training sites in your geographic location is required. Training hours vary depending on your personal availability compared to the availability of trainings held in your area.

• $62.50 / training hour.
